Chief Executive Officer

Isabella Brusati is an experienced change management strategist and executive coach, with over 20 years of international experience.

She started her career working in Celestica, IBM, and relocated to the UK, where she worked for leading consulting companies and in-house roles in the City of London.

She led complex change initiatives (e.g. M&As, integrations, restructuring, ERP implementations, digital transformations) working with senior leaders of FTSE100 and Fortune 500.

Isabella is an accomplished public speaker and has been defined as “world-class trainer”.

Degree in Law, Master’s Degree in European Labour Studies and Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management. Accredited Executive Coach (EMCC Senior Practitioner) and Team Coach (Peter Hawkins Systemic Team Coach), Prosci Certified Practitioner, Genos Emotional Intelligence, The Leadership Circle, Profile XT and XT Select, Lego Serious Play.
