THE WORK
What exactly do you do?
I advise on the human side of complex transformation and coach the leaders responsible for making change land. In practice, that means working on both programme risk and leadership effectiveness, because in high-stakes transformation the two are closely linked.
What types of transformation do you work on?
Large-scale ERP, digital, and AI transformations: SAP S/4HANA, Workday, enterprise AI and intelligent automation programmes. Organisational transformations, mergers, and acquisitions. Any complex change programme where the human architecture is as important as the technical one.
How is your approach different from a standard OCM consultant?
I work beyond the change workstream. My focus is on the leadership, sponsorship, and adoption conditions that determine whether a programme gains traction across the organisation. That includes working not only with the programme structure, but also with the leaders carrying the change.
Do you work in-person or virtually?
Both. I am based in Milan (Italy) and work across EMEA. For sustained engagements, a combination of in-person and virtual works best. For the Transformation Clarity Session and executive coaching, virtual works well. For large-scale programme work, I will travel to where the work needs to happen.
Can you present at conferences or leadership events?
Yes. I speak on transformation failure, executive sponsorship, adoption strategy, and the intersection of OCM and executive coaching. If you are organising a leadership event for CHROs, Transformation Directors, or senior leadership teams, contact me directly.
WORKING TOGETHER
Who do you work with?
I typically work with CHROs, CIOs, Transformation Directors, and senior business leaders in organisations with genuine transformation complexity, often 2,000+ employees and multi-country delivery. My work is most relevant where ERP, digital, AI, restructuring, or M&A programmes require stronger leadership alignment and adoption.
How do engagements typically begin?
Most engagements begin with a Transformation Clarity Session. This is a paid 90-minute diagnostic conversation designed to identify the highest-stakes adoption, leadership, and sponsorship risks in the situation. From there, the next step may be a Transformation Adoption Diagnostic, Strategic Advisory, or Sponsor and Leadership Coaching, depending on what the session reveals.
How many clients do you work with at once?
A small number. This is intentional. The work I do requires full attention and genuine engagement with the complexity of each situation. I do not run a team. You work with me directly, and I protect the capacity needed to do that well.
How long do engagements last?
It depends on the engagement. The Transformation Clarity Session is 90 minutes. The Transformation Adoption Diagnostic runs three to four weeks. Strategic Advisory engagements run six to twelve months. Sponsor and Leadership Coaching engagement shape is scoped to the brief.
FEES & PROCESS
Do you publish your fees?
The Transformation Clarity Session is €950 for 90 minutes. The Transformation Adoption Diagnostic is €12,000 for three to four weeks. Strategic Advisory and Sponsor and Leadership Coaching engagements are priced against scope and complexity, discussed directly. The Clarity Session is the right starting point if you want to understand the investment before committing to anything larger.
Do you work with organisations directly or through partners?
I usually work directly with client organisations. Where a partner is involved, I only do so when the structure preserves the independence and clarity that the work requires.

What are your qualifications?
EMCC Senior Practitioner (EIA). Center for Executive Coaching. Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. LCP 360 Certified (Leadership Circle Profile). Systemic Team Coaching certified. Donne 4.0 Ambassador and Mentor. My academic background includes a Degree in Law, a Master's in European Labour Studies and Human Resources Management from the Università degli Studi di Milano, and a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) master's degree from the University of Manchester.
Where did you build your experience?
20+ years across EMEA in manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, financial services, life sciences, energy, and technology. Former Director at Prosci Europe, where I built the Italian practice and certified over 1,000 change practitioners. Career engagements across Unilever, L'Oréal, ABB, Barilla, GSK, NTT Data, and Amadeus. Most recent IBA engagement: a 12-country SAP S/4HANA rollout for an industrial manufacturing client, delivered on schedule with measurable adoption across all markets.
