I have spent 20 years inside large-scale organisational transformations across EMEA.

Not advising from the outside — inside the room where the real conversations happen. I know what a sponsor who is not sponsoring looks like. I know what a leadership team performing alignment looks like. And I know how to name it, work it, and turn it around.

My work sits at the intersection of two things most practitioners do separately: the programme and the leadership carrying it. I bring both together. That is not a positioning statement. It is what I actually do.

I work with a small number of clients at any one time. This is intentional. You get my full attention, my honest read, and my integrated model — not a junior team with a framework.

Why I Work This Way.

Transformation fails at the human layer. Always. The technology is rarely the problem. The people carrying it — the sponsors, the leaders, the organisation — almost always are.

Most programmes bring in OCM as a workstream. I bring it in as a strategy. There is a difference. One produces a communications plan. The other produces adoption.

The private reality of a leadership team is usually the most important thing nobody is talking about. I talk about it.
