I have spent 20 years inside large-scale organisational transformations across EMEA.
Working with organisations navigating ERP, digital, AI, restructuring, and post-merger change. My work focuses on the point where technically sound programmes begin to lose momentum because sponsorship, alignment, or adoption are not keeping pace.
I bring together two dimensions that are often treated separately: the programme itself and the leaders responsible for making it land. That means combining strategic advisory with coaching support for the senior people carrying the change.
I work directly with a small number of clients at a time. This is deliberate. Clients come to me for clear judgement, practical intervention, and honest insight grounded in real transformation delivery.

Large-Scale ERP, Digital and AI Transformation
I support organisations running complex ERP, digital, and AI transformation where technical deployment is moving, but adoption and leadership behaviour are not yet aligned with the intended outcome. This includes SAP S/4HANA, Workday, Oracle, and enterprise AI initiatives where the gap between rollout and real usage is becoming commercially visible.
Organisational Restructuring & M&A
I work on the human side of restructuring, integration, and post-merger change across EMEA. This is where strategic logic often makes sense on paper, but value is lost through uncertainty, misalignment, and weak leadership follow-through.
Leadership & Executive Coaching
I work with Transformation Directors, CHROs, sponsors, and senior leaders carrying complex change. These are structured coaching engagements for leaders who need clarity, judgement, and behavioural traction in the middle of live transformation.

20+ years of internationl experience, My background spans manufacturing, FMCG, and financial services across EMEA. I was previously a Director at Prosci Europe, where I built the Italian practice and certified over 1,000 change practitioners globally. My career has included work with organisations such as L’Oréal, Unilever, ABB, Barilla, and other complex international environments.
