FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The Questions I Hear Most.
Honest answers about how I work, who I work with, and what to expect.
THE WORK
What exactly do you do?
I work at the intersection of organisational change management and executive coaching. In practice, this means I can read a programme’s risk register and a leadership team’s dysfunction in the same conversation,  and work on both. I am not a consultant who occasionally coaches, or a coach who occasionally consults. I do both simultaneously, because that is where the real work lives.
What types of transformation do you work on?
Large-scale ERP and digital transformations - SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday. Organisational restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions. Any complex change programme where the human architecture of the programme is as important as the technical one. My flagship credential is a 10+-country SAP S/4HANA rollout with 90%+ adoption. That number did not come from the technology.
How is your approach different from a standard OCM consultant?
Most OCM consultants treat change management as a workstream - a set of activities that run alongside the programme. I treat it as a strategy that shapes the programme design from day one. The difference is that a workstream produces a communications plan. A strategy produces adoption. I also work directly with the leaders carrying the transformation, not just the programme team managing it.
Do you work in-person or virtually?
Both. I am based in Milan (Italy) and work across EMEA. For sustained engagements, a combination of in-person and virtual works best. For the Transformation Clarity Session and executive coaching, virtual works well. For large-scale programme work, I will travel to where the work needs to happen.
Can you present at conferences or leadership events?
Yes. I speak on transformation failure, executive sponsorship, adoption strategy, and the intersection of OCM and executive coaching. If you are organising a leadership event for CHROs, Transformation Directors, or senior leadership teams, contact me directly.
WORKING TOGETHER
Who do you work with?
CHROs, CEOs, and Transformation Directors at large manufacturing, consumer goods, pharma, and industrial organisations - typically with 2,000+ employees and genuine transformation complexity. If your organisation is running a major ERP or digital programme, restructuring, or M&A integration, and you are done pretending the human risk is not there, we are probably a fit.
How do engagements typically begin?
With a Transformation Clarity Session - a paid 90-minute diagnostic conversation. It gives you an independent read on your real situation, the three to five highest-stakes risks named, and the private view your internal advisors may not be giving you. It is also how I assess whether we are the right fit. All engagements begin here.
How many clients do you work with at once?
A small number. This is intentional. The work I do requires full attention and genuine engagement with the complexity of each situation. I do not run a team. You work with me directly, and I protect the capacity needed to do that well.
How long do engagements last?
It depends on the type of engagement. The Transformation Clarity Session is 90 minutes. The Rapid Clarity Intensive is one day plus two calls. The Organisational Readiness Diagnostic runs 4–6 weeks. The Transformation Leadership Programme is 6 months. The Transformation Leadership Partnership - my flagship engagement - is 6–12 months minimum, because sustained transformation requires sustained presence.
FEES & PROCESS
Do you publish your fees?
Not on the website, with one exception: the Transformation Clarity Session is €950 for 90 minutes. For all other engagements, fees are discussed directly - they reflect the scope, complexity, and duration of the work. The Transformation Clarity Session is the right starting point if you want to understand the investment before committing to anything larger.
Do you work with organisations directly or through partners?
Directly. I sometimes do not work through SAP partners, consulting firms, or intermediaries. All engagements are contracted directly with the client organisation. This protects the independence and honesty that make the work valuable.
CREDENTIALS & BACKGROUND
What are your qualifications?
EMCC Senior Practitioner (EIA). Prosci Certified Practitioner. LCP 360 Certified (Leadership Circle Profile). Systemic Team Coaching certified. My academic background includes a Degree in Law, a Master’s in European Labour Studies and Human Resources Management from the Università degli Studi di Milano, and a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) master's degree from the University of Manchester.
Where did you build your experience?

I have worked with Unilever, L'Oreal, ABB, GSK, Gates, Lloyds Banking Group, and others. My most recent programme was a 12-country SAP S/4HANA rollout that achieved 90%+ adoption.
