Whether you need strategic guidance, leadership development, or skills training, I tailor my approach to your unique organisational needs. Q: What is your approach to managing large-scale business transformations?
My approach is collaborative, as I co-create the transformation plan with my clients to ensure it aligns with their unique context and culture. I empower internal leaders to take the lead, with my support scaling based on their needs and preferences. This approach instils a sense of confidence and control in my clients. Clients who see value in deeper involvement can engage me more extensively. The complexity of the transformation shapes key decisions, such as the size and structure of the change team, the roles of process owners and subject matter experts, and the adoption metrics we use to track progress and impact.
Q. How do your consulting, coaching and training services work together?
Consulting provides the strategic roadmap; coaching develops leaders’ and teams’ adaptive skills; training embeds practical capabilities. Together, these services create a holistic approach to managing change successfully, making you feel equipped and prepared for the challenges ahead.

Q. How does your consulting work support organisational change?
I diagnose readiness, identify resistance points, and design a strategic change management strategy grounded in frameworks such as Prosci’s ADKAR, Kotter’s, and other change management methodologies. I support leaders and teams through every phase of the change cycle to ensure successful adoption and sustainability.

Q. Which business problems do you typically help clients solve?
I focus on the people side of business transformation, meaning accelerating the pace of change by minimising resistance and increasing adoption. This includes leading change initiatives, developing workforce capabilities, reducing resistance and disruption, and managing associated risks. My work helps clients align their people strategies with business goals to ensure lasting impact.
Q. How long is your consulting assignment for?
It depends on the client’s requirements. It can be a short-term project lasting a few months, or when the change initiative is more complex, and the client requires more support, it can be a longer-term engagement that may last a year or more.
Q. Do you work only in Italy and Europe, or also worldwide?
Although I’m based in Milan (Italy), I work with clients globally. In Italy and throughout Europe, I offer both in-person and virtual consulting, coaching, and training services. For clients outside Europe, I primarily work remotely; however, in-person engagements can be arranged when necessary.

I deliver engaging workshops—either onsite or virtual—on topics such as leading change, communicating effectively during transformation, coaching for leaders, managing resistance, and emotional intelligence, all tailored to your organisational context.
Q. What does a fractional consulting engagement typically involve?
Fractional consulting offers senior-level expertise tailored to the client’s needs without requiring a full-time commitment.Clients typically engage me for 1 to 4 days per week, depending on the complexity of their initiative. My involvement may include providing weekly status updates to the project sponsor, leading or supporting team meetings, and collaborating with subject matter experts or process owners to ensure human capital initiatives remain on track. Through an initial discussion, I help clients determine the right level of support. In some cases, I deliver tangible outputs; in others, I serve in an advisory role, offering strategic guidance as needed.
Q. What experience and qualifications do you have when it comes to change management?
Throughout my over 20-year international career, I have worked with leaders from FTSE 100 companies, primarily in the Financial Services, Professional Services, FMCG, Pharma and Manufacturing sectors. I support executives in developing a change-ready organisation. I worked as an in-house change management leader and as an external consultant. Clients include Royal Bank of Scotland, Royal Bank of Canada, Lloyds Banking Group, and Bank of America Merryl Lynch. I am Prosci certified, and I worked as a Prosci Certified Advanced Instructor for Prosci Europe. I invest in ongoing professional development with leading institutions such as the University of Cambridge and IMD.

- EXECUTIVE COACHING (INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM)
Q. What does executive coaching involve?
My coaching focuses on developing leadership resilience, power skills, and strategic influence. I offer:
- Individual coaching: Confidential, goal-oriented sessions aimed at personal growth and confidence during change.
- Team coaching: Facilitated sessions to enhance alignment, trust, communication, and collaboration within teams leading or impacted by change.
Q. What is the duration of an individual executive coaching engagement?
Typically, it ranges from 6 to 12 months based on the client’s requirements.
Q. What is the duration of a team coaching engagement?
Typically, it spans from 9 to 12 months based on the client’s requirements.
Q. What qualifications do you have when it comes to executive coaching?
I am an accredited executive coach by the EMCC (EIA Senior Practitioner level). It requires rigorous evidence of competencies, continuous development, supervision and mentoring. I’m certified at the highest levels, including The Leadership Circle, Genos EI, Profile XT, TKI Conflict Management, and Systemic Team Coaching. I invest in ongoing professional development.
