FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The Questions I Hear Most.
Clear answers about working with me, whether you are leading a transformation programme or carrying a live transformation issue yourself.
01
About the work
What kind of transformation work does IBA support?
IBA works with senior leaders and organizations during complex transformation.
For organizations, the focus is adoption risk, sponsorship, manager ownership, leadership alignment and business case protection in SAP, ERP, AI, post-M&A and operating-model programs.
For individual leaders, IBA provides private advisory when they are facing a live transformation decision, escalation, stakeholder issue or difficult conversation.
Is this change management?
Not in the traditional sense.
Most programs already have change activity in place. IBA's work focuses on whether that activity is changing how the business actually works.
That means looking at adoption, sponsor behavior, manager follow-through, leadership alignment, value leakage and the gap between what the dashboard says and what is happening in daily work.
Is this coaching?
For organizations, no. The entry point is program risk, adoption, sponsorship and business case protection.
For individual leaders, the work may draw on coaching depth, but it is positioned as private transformation advisory. The focus is not personal development in the abstract. It is helping you think clearly through a live decision, escalation, stakeholder issue or difficult conversation.
02
For organizations
What does IBA offer organizations?
Three engagements, designed for different levels of adoption risk:
Adoption Risk Review — entry engagement, an independent read on whether adoption risk is building across a live program.
Leadership Alignment Plan — mid-scope engagement, a leadership workshop that creates shared understanding, clarifies ownership and produces a 90-day plan.
90-Day Adoption Sprint — full engagement, targeted advisory support to reduce adoption risk before or after go-live.
What is the Adoption Risk Review?
The Adoption Risk Review is a focused review of the leadership, readiness, ownership and behavior risks that standard program reporting may not show.
You receive a clear, evidenced view of the top adoption risks, leadership gaps, readiness blind spots and priorities for action.
When is the Adoption Risk Review useful?
It is useful when:
The program looks on track, but adoption is not following.
Sponsors are present in governance, but not active enough in the business.
The systems integrator is delivering the change workstream, but behavior is not shifting.
Managers are not reinforcing the new way of working.
Usage is being reported, but value is unclear.
A go-live, SteerCo, ExCo, CFO or board conversation is approaching.
What is the Leadership Alignment Plan?
A focused leadership workshop that creates shared understanding of the adoption risks, clarifies ownership and agrees the actions required.
You leave with decisions made, owners named and a 90-day plan the leadership team can stand behind.
Most useful when the program needs visible leadership ownership, not just senior-level agreement.
What is the 90-Day Adoption Sprint?
A targeted advisory sprint to strengthen sponsorship, mobilize managers, reinforce new behaviors and adapt based on adoption signals.
