Speaker biography
Isabella Brusati is a change leadership coach, strategic change advisor and speaker. Her Change Leadership Coaching is commissioned by individual executives and by organisations supporting their leaders through complex transformation. She helps leaders explore the decisions, organisational dynamics and difficult conversations that shape whether change becomes reality.
Her perspective combines more than 20 years of international enterprise transformation experience with accredited executive coaching. Her background includes SAP/ERP transformation, digital change, operating-model redesign and organisational integration. As an EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner, she keeps the focus of coaching on the leader’s judgement, behaviour and choices, with advisory treated as a distinct engagement.
Based in Milan, Isabella works internationally in English and Italian. Her speaking explores the leadership decisions behind transformation, the difference between reported progress and real adoption, and the conditions managers need to deliver change.
